These terms outline how Ceilo handles made-to-order abaya purchases, production timelines, communication, and order responsibility.
All Ceilo abayas are made to order and take approximately 2–4 weeks for production. Once full payment is made and an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. Orders are only confirmed after full payment has been received.
You are responsible for ensuring all measurements, colors, and design details are correct before payment. Any customization must be finalized before payment is completed. Ceilo is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs, or other logistics factors. Shipping fees apply to both local and international orders unless otherwise stated.
Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. If there is a defect caused by Ceilo, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos for review.
Orders are processed in the order they are received, and last-minute changes or exceptions may not be accepted. Official communication for orders and support is handled through WhatsApp or email only, not social media direct messages.
Full payment is required before production begins. Cash on delivery is not available for Ceilo orders.
Ceilo reserves the right to decline service if communication becomes inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful.
All Ceilo designs, imagery, site content, and brand materials are owned exclusively by Ceilo and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically before placing an order.
