Order Terms

Made-to-order purchases

Because Ceilo garments are generally made to order, all sales are usually final once payment is completed and production has started. This policy helps preserve production planning, material allocation, and customization accuracy for each order.

Cancellations and changes

Orders cannot usually be canceled, changed, or refunded after confirmation unless Ceilo agrees otherwise in writing before production begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements, color choices, and order details carefully before checkout.

Requests made after production starts may not be possible, even if the item has not yet shipped.

Defects and approved claims

If you believe an item arrived with a defect caused by Ceilo, contact the brand within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos, your order number, and a description of the issue. Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the case.

Claims based on personal preference, standard variation in handcrafted work, or incorrect measurements submitted by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-refundable costs and support

Original shipping charges, customs duties, and related fees are generally non-refundable unless Ceilo confirms otherwise as part of an approved issue review. For support, use the website contact page and include your order number so the team can help accurately and quickly.
