How long does delivery take?
Ceilo pieces are generally made to order and typically take around 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch. Final delivery timing depends on destination, courier service, and customs where applicable.
Can I return my order?
Because Ceilo pieces are made to order, sales are generally final after payment and order confirmation. If your item arrives with a defect caused by Ceilo, contact the brand within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
How should I care for my abaya?
Follow the care label inside each garment. For delicate fabrics, use gentle cleaning and avoid harsh heat.
