Production and Dispatch
Made-to-order timing
Most Ceilo pieces are made to order unless stated otherwise. Production typically takes around 2–4 weeks from the date full payment is received and the order is confirmed.
Once production is complete, your order is prepared for dispatch using the shipping method selected at checkout or arranged by Ceilo.
Delivery estimates
Transit time depends on your destination, courier network, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Delivery windows shown at checkout or shared by message are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
During high-demand periods, holidays, or customs clearance, additional delays may occur even after an order has been dispatched.
Shipping charges and customs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless Ceilo states otherwise. International orders may also be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly included by Ceilo.
Customers are responsible for submitting the correct shipping address and contact information. Ceilo cannot guarantee delivery outcomes where incorrect details were provided at checkout.
Delivery support
If you need help after dispatch, contact Ceilo through the website contact page and include your order number, name, and the issue you’re facing. We will assist where possible with tracking or courier follow-up, but final delivery timing remains subject to courier handling.
